Our team manages every element of your wedding, shaping the look and feel of your event with your choice of décor, lighting, and layout with care and precision. Every visual detail is expertly coordinated through Rich’s trusted network of exclusive vendors, ensuring a cohesive atmosphere that feels elevated, intentional, and fully aligned with your vision.

Your ceremony deserves a setting as meaningful as the vows you’re exchanging. Our ceremony fee includes day-of coordination and a dedicated rehearsal, typically held on the Wednesday or Thursday before your wedding. Rehearsals last between 45 minutes and an hour, ensuring every participant knows their place and timing.

Ceremonies on Fridays begin at 5 pm or later, while Saturday and Sunday ceremonies may start at any time and run for up to 30 minutes. As soon as you say “I do,” cocktail hour begins, seamlessly transitioning your guests from one beautiful moment to the next.

A private suite is available for your wedding party to relax, savor light refreshments, and store personal items during your event. Couples hosting an on-site ceremony are welcome to arrive anytime after 11 am on the day of the wedding. If you’re not doing a first look, a second private room is also available to keep both parties comfortably separate before the ceremony. For celebrations that include only a reception, suite access is available one hour before the event begins.
